I have been working out for many years. I did all different forms of cardio exercises, i.e. the elliptical, tread mill, and the Stairmaster for hours. I was on a vegan diet.
Now I do weights trainings, and I am on a heart healthy diet. I have learned a great deal over the years. I want to share my mistakes and experiences with you. I hope I can assist you in your trainings.
I am still learning every day and training hard every day. I want us to train, evolve, and get in shape together. I want to assist you in getting the best “shape of you” and feel happy.
